- For large orders we offer a FREE, 2 man delivery service
- For smaller orders, a 1 man delivery service (very occasionaly, assistance may be required).
- For some smaller orders, delivery may be via a Parcel Carrier
Delivery is FREE for all UK mainland orders, except for the following postcodes: * Scotland Postcodes: EH, DG, FK, G, KA 1-26, 29, 30, KY, ML, PA 1-19, TD , AB, DD, IV 1-28, 30-32, 36, 40-49, 52-56, 63, KW 1-3, 5-14, PA 21-38, PH 1-26, 30-41, 49-50. Wales Postcodes: LL, LD, SY16-20, 23-25, SA, CF, NP. North East Postcodes: NE, CA. London Postcodes (congestion charge): W1, W2, W8, W10, W11, NW1, WC1, WC2, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, E1, SW1, SW3, SW7, SE1, And SE11. Simple and Convenient... In order for you to make any necessary arrangements in advance of your delivery, they are booked on a pre-arranged day, with a 1 hour pre-arrival call on day of delivery. Where possible, the furniture is delivered directly to a room of your choice, in boxes. Delivery lead times are on average 4-5 weeks.
Smaller orders may sometimes be sent by parcel carrier, in which case you will be contacted by our Customer Support Team notifying you that the carrier has collected your order from our warehouse for dispatch. Please note; if you are not at home on the day the carrier attempts delivery, you will be left a courtesy card with a contact number to re-arrange the delivery, you must reply to this card within 48 hours to avoid a re-delivery charge.
Of course you are welcome to collect your order from our warehouse in Shropshire, but please call or email first to confirm your goods are ready for collection; 0845 505 5533 or

- Customers will be notified when their goods are available for collection (if in stock, lead time 1-2 weeks).
- Collections to be made Monday only.
- Any outstanding balances must be paid prior to collection – this can be done by calling our store on 0845 505 5533.
- Please ensure your vehicle has sufficient space for the goods being collected. Remember to bring adequate protection i.e. blankets, if you wish to take goods away unpacked. The website’s stated dimensions are slightly smaller than the boxed dimensions, therefore please add approx 30mm to the Height/Width/Depth of each size.
- Our staff are happy to assist in helping load goods during collection, but cannot be held responsible for damage, accidental or otherwise, caused to the goods or customers vehicles or belongings while loading.
- Please check all goods prior to removing them from the warehouse, as Direct Interiors will not be liable for damage caused to goods during transit in customers own vehicles. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Our warehouse is a working environment, with forklift trucks in operation, therefore we are not permitted to allow children to enter the premises.
Important Information...
Because we would like your delivery to run as smoothly as possible, please note the following important points;
- It is important to ensure there is sufficient access for your delivery to take place safely. The delivery team have the right to abort the delivery if safety is compromised.
- Deliveries are generally made in a large van or lorry, so please check your property is accessible for this type of vehicle. If you anticipate access problems, please contact our Customer Support Team on; info@directinteriors.co.uk or 0845 505 5533
- Where possible, furniture will be delivered to the room of your choice. When in place, you will be asked to sign for the delivery.
- We endeavour to dispatch all orders within the times stated on the individual product information pages. Some items may be dispatched sooner if stock is available. If an item is not available within the anticipated delivery time, we will contact you as soon as possible and advise you of the next available date. We try to deliver all items in one shipment, therefore if ordering multiple items, please use the longest anticipated time as the estimated delivery date.
- Because the delivery company delivers to individual post codes on set days of the week, your delivery will be coordinated to fit in with their post code schedule, however, you will be given advanced notice in order to make arrangements to accept the delivery.
- Delivery staff are required by law to wear protective footwear at all times. As they are not allowed to remove this footwear, we strongly advise that customers make any necessary provision to protect their flooring. We do not accept responsibility for any marks or damage that may inadvertently be caused by delivery staff during the normal course of their work
DELIVERY LEAD TIMES
Average delivery time from point of order is 4-5 weeks, but can very often be less than this, particularly for deliveries within Shropshire, the West Midlands and Mid Wales.
